We called on a Sunday afternoon to find a place for my fiancé to store his things since he just moved here. The owner answered and met us to set us up with a small storage unit. He was warm and welcoming and went out of his way, though they are closed on Sundays.
The buildings have a rodent problem. About $300 repair bill to a stored washing machine where they "chewed" through some of the internals. If you complain, you get the old line "we're not responsible for anything" (except collecting your money every month).
