Took forever and then pharmacist didn't even bother with a consultation on a narcotic
This Walmart Pharmacy has a BIG problem. Always looks like there are 4 or 5 pharmacists there but only ONE person to check out customers. This is a problem when folks are picking up a large amount of RX's and the line of other customers are in line backing up to the main isle of the store. Do you think one of the pharmacists could come down a ring a few customers out to keep the line moving? NOOOOOOO. Poor management.
Be ready for the run around. Unorganized staff that have no clue wth they're doing.
Normally are very quick and love the text messages I get letting me know my scripts are ready.
They have taken such care of my medically complex daughter's prescriptions. Jordan does his best to help in any way that he can.
