Calling from out of state for a funeral, they were the only florist open to deliver to the funeral on a holiday. They were very kind, helpful , and sympathetic.

L & D Florist did corsage for my nephews date for homecoming. It was stunning! Exactly what I wanted. Even after my changing the colors twice. They were so nice and made me feel as if it was no inconvenience to them. They also did an arrangement for a friend's funeral . Once again beautiful flowers and great service!
We are from out-of-state and are getting married in Cornelia. We stopped in to inquire about flower arrangements for our wedding, the designer wasn't able to talk to us but her assistant told us she would be happy to work with us via email. So I emailed her the next week and sent an inspiration photo. She wrote back saying that the flowers were on the higher end, yet I didn't give her a budget limitation and she wanted to know if she should proceed with the quote. I asked her if she could give other flower suggestions and she would not. Since then, I have contacted other florists and they have been more than happy to suggest alternative flowers, etc... L&D Florist doesn't have very good customer service!
